Welcome to Yachthood. Please read the following terms carefully before booking your charter.

1. Charter Overview

All yacht experiences include:
– Private use of a SAXDOR yacht
– Licensed professional captain
– Fresh snacks, soft drinks, wine & spirits
– Sea toys: SUP, sea scooter, snorkelling equipment

2. Capacity & Safety

– Maximum: 11 guests + captain
– Life jackets and safety equipment provided onboard
– Children must be supervised at all times

3. Booking & Payment

– 30% deposit required to confirm reservation
– Balance due 24 hours prior to departure
– Accepted payments: bank transfer or secure online link

4. Cancellations & Weather

– Free cancellation up to 7 days before the trip
– 50% refund for cancellations made 2–6 days before departure
– No refund for cancellations within 48 hours
– In case of severe weather, we offer full refund or date reschedule

5. Fuel Policy

– Fuel is not included in the base charter fee
– Final cost may vary depending on distance and route
– Any route change must be agreed with the captain

6. Damage & Responsibility

– Guests are liable for any damage caused through misuse or negligence
– Yachthood is insured for all standard maritime risks
– We are not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged onboard

7. Code of Conduct

– Excessive alcohol consumption or unsafe behavior may result in early termination of the trip
– The captain reserves the right to adjust itinerary or stop the charter for safety reasons

8. Media & Privacy

– Photography and filming may occur during charters for promotional use
– Let us know in advance if you prefer not to be featured

9. Health & Medical Info

– Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or physical limitations
– All information will remain confidential
